Formal approval from CEO of Children's Investment Fund received, marking a strong institutional commitment to advancing the aim of reducing child marriage in India.
Mission launched by Government of Rajasthan as part of its statewide campaign, ‘Bal Vivah Mukt Rajasthan’, integrating the project into official government efforts to eliminate child marriage.

Designed Evidence-Based Theory of Change for Mission Impact
Developed a comprehensive "Theory of Change" anchored in prevalence data, regional insights, and global best practices to inform the selection and prioritisation of initiatives that have the most impact across the mission lifecycle.
Implemented Layered Delivery Model to Prevent Child Marriage
Structured a three-tiered delivery model across national (policy and narrative), state (programmatic innovation), and block (last-mile delivery) levels, with targeted interventions in districts and blocks identified as child marriage hotspots.
Partner-Led Workshops for Behavior Change and Monitoring
Curated and conducted workshops with a consortium of high-quality partners to support various mission functions from program delivery, behaviour change communication, tech enablement, to robust monitoring.
Set Up Systems for Responsive Program Governance
Set up institutional mechanisms for governance and monitoring through a central dashboard, backed by a detailed implementation roadmap and periodic review systems to enable responsive, data-informed decision-making and course correction.
