Mega PTM conducted to redefine parental involvement in government schools, fostering active participation and positioning teachers as community leaders.
Mission 100% 2023 provided exam preparation support to students unable to afford private coaching, eliminating exam-related fears and boosting student morale.
Access to education ensured for every child in the community by targeting potential dropouts and addressing barriers to enrolment.
Free coaching for JEE and NEET offered to meritorious students, empowering them to access higher education opportunities.

Our Initiatives
Conducted State-Wide Mega PTM
The large-scale Parent-Teacher Meeting aimed at strengthening school-home bonds and empowering teachers as community leaders. Outreach included half-day leave for parents, balanced agendas with fun and learning, and real-time monitoring. Ministers and the CM also participated to amplify impact.
Mission 100% Improved Exam Prep
The 2003 Mission 100%, aimed at boosting exam preparedness and student confidence for ~6 lakh students. It Included extra classes, question banks, mentoring, and performance dashboards. The campaign framework was handed to the state for Mission 100% 2024.
Conudcted Enrollment Drive
The enrollment drive was conducted to maximize enrollment and curb dropouts, using targeted SOPs, van rallies, booths, and home visits. Vulnerable segments and hotspot schools were prioritized, with progress tracked via dashboards.
Free PACE Coaching
Punjab Academic Coaching for Excellence (PACE), a support program for top students preparing for NEET and JEE was provided free of cost. GDi developed coaching models, drafted tenders, and assisted in selecting a coaching partner.
