The Dialogue is India’s first national-level policy debate, initiated to elevate youth engagement in governance and public policy. Designed as a structured platform for students to debate diverse perspectives and examine complex national challenges, it nurtures a future-ready pipeline of policy leaders. Delivered in partnership with Inshorts and Ganaa, the initiative achieved nationwide outreach and strong student participation across leading institutions. The Dialogue was conducted across six structured stages, beginning with an eliminative concept note submission, followed by four non-eliminative inter-team debate rounds, and culminating in eliminative semi-final and final rounds. The debates followed an Modified Asian Parliamentary debate format, with fixed speaker roles, 5-minute speeches, structured rebuttals, and limited preparation time. Motions were curated around key public policy themes including Education, Climate, Urban Development, Gender, Healthcare, Technology, and Governance, requiring participants to engage in research-driven, evidence-based policy argumentation.
