Our Impact

API-Integration of LokOS with the Family ID portal enabled, to improve adoption of technology and inclusion of SHG members.

Strengthening UPSRLM’s Tech Ecosystem
Analysed UPSRLM’s digital ecosystem and designed a strategic roadmap with two enablers: state-owned server and in-house Tech Team
Driving SHG Profiling & Transactions via LokOS
Focused on accelerating adoption of LokOS for SHG profiling and transactions. Facilitated extensive training sessions and conducted statewide performance reviews, especially targeting underperforming blocks. Conducted online LMS orientation sessions for the transactions module
Scaling SHG Products via Branding & E-Commerce
Designed an end-to-end SHG value chain strategy, including product shortlisting, branding, packaging, and plans for warehousing, physical stores, and e-commerce listings. Supported statewide product evaluation process and brand development
