Innovative Financing for Ed-Tech, in partnership with Niti Aayog and Government of UP, has demonstrated that outcomes-based procurement can drive effective and accountable Ed-Tech delivery in the government. Across government schools in the state, service providers were incentivised for actual benefits and learning gains received by students from their products. Additionally, administrators were supported to manage outcome contracts and student performance was closely monitored to ensure that infrastructure investments translate into real educational impact.

Citizen
Increase in student learning by 15-25% in 4 districts. In 2 districts where interventions were conducted, students learnt in 2 years, the equivalent of what students in control schools would learn over 4 years.
